The idea behind this bowl is to accentuate the soft curves made by the bowl and light falling on it. Playing with light, shadows and curves.

The #Covid19 slow down has given me a great opportunity to focus on some of my personal projects. This is a ceramic stool I’ve had as an idea in the back of my mind for several years. The shape in plan was based on the Eames Segmented Table

Ideas are great, but its the process of turning an idea into reality where often the real challenges lie. This series of photos show the process I went through to create my first ceramic stool.
